We offer EASY returns for Bins and Pallets Customers
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
All returned items must meet the following criteria in order to qualify for a refund:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The item must not include any signs of intentional damage.
All parts must be complete including accessories.
The tags and labels must be attached.
You must be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase of your order.
If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email as soon as possible. Please include all your order details as well as an attachment photo of the item showing the damage. This will help us asses the damages.
Before returning your items, please make sure to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org informing us ahead of your intent to process a return. Please include the order name, your complete name and the reason for the return on the email.
We will provide you a RETURN ID which you need to visibly include on the return package. We will also provide you the shipping address on where to return the items on the response email. Any products returned without a Return ID number clearly marked on the package will be ineligible for a refund.
We do not send return labels. You are responsible for any shipping cost associated in returning your items. Shipping cost cannot be refunded. You will also be responsible in keeping track of your items as we are not able to issue refunds if the item gets lost or missing on its way to us.
We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and will show within a couple of days.
ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
You have 24 hours to send us an email informing us that you wish to change or cancel your order. All changes and cancellations are still subject for approval. We will notify you via email if it has been approved. For canceling paid orders, depending on the reason provided, a penalty might be charged on your order and you will not be able to get the full refund. If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
